Akshay Kumar redefines busy sometimes. Not only did he not have time to visit Mumbai for the last 65 days, travelling from one location to the other shooting his TV reality show and his films, when he did touch down in Mumbai from Singapore he didn't have time to visit home at all.
Reaching Mumbai yesterday morning at 7.30 am after having been away for 65 days, he drove straight down to Vakola police station, where he surrendered in the obscenity case and having given his explanation was granted bail. While this in itself would be enough to tire out a normal human being, Akshay who takes great pride in his stamina and power to keep going, then reported to Mehboob Studio for the Fear Factor photo shoot.
Working without a break till 4.30pm and eating on the sets of the shoot he then left for Karjat by car to resume the shooting of Vipul Shah's Action Replay. Aishwarya Rai, his co-star in the film, was already there waiting for him.
But even the superman Akshay has his weak moments and for the doting dad meeting son Aarav is definitely one. Akshay will finally fly into Mumbai whenever he has a couple of hours free from his shoot today, only to meet his seven-year-old apple of his eye. And for those who are wondering if he hasn't been missing Twinkle, it is because she was with him in Singapore while Aarav, who had his school exams, wasn't .
