Abhishek Bachchan is all set to host the National Bingo Night on television. It is, in fact, the first small screen debut for Abhi, as a host. And guess who would be his first guest on the show? It is none other than his father, Amitabh Bachchan. It is important to note that the Big B himself is a celebrated host. Speaking about his small screen debut in a press meet, Abhishek said, “Our fans and audiences know us through the characters we play in movies. But here, we are not acting and they get to meet us as we are and they judge us as real persons.” National Bingo will go on air from January 23rd, 2010 and can be viewed at the Colours Channel.
